Sai had his first basketball game a couple of weeks ago and he did great. He takes after his mom and dad for the love of basketball- well sports in general. It's fun watching kids learn how to first play a sport- they are all trying so hard to get the ball- they all run in little packs and occasionally get over zelaous and make a basket for the opposing team. Oh the joy of learning; the mess-ups are the best part, because they(i.e. kids) have no idea that they have gone the wrong way, or have forgotten to dribble the ball, or forget who to gaurd- so they just gaurd the player next to them- even if it happens to be their team-mate, or have passed the ball intentionally to the opposing team because they asked nicely, or get so tired they stop- leave the game and go sit with their mom. I love youth sports becuase you never know what is really going to happen in a game.
